Information Restaurant Bon A'Pizza pizzeria
Passionate about cooking and highlighting quality products, your pizzaiolo learns the trade and for 12 years will gain solid experience. He also works for 2 years in a traditional restaurant, to consolidate his knowledge in culinary preparations.
In 2014, with his partner, they buy a pizzeria and after total renovation of it, transform the traditional pizza menu and add original creations and sweet pizzas. A dynamic team is formed and 3 years later, the pizzeria in Marguerittes is created.
To follow the seasons, they also offer the "pizza of the month" elaborated according to the inspiration of the moment.
At Pizza a Bon, the dough is thin and crispy, fresh and always home-made. The fresh and mostly local ingredients are cooked on site before the recipes are developed.
