# Only fresh, organic or labelled products: our bread comes from an organic bakery (Pains et merveilles, Saint germain en laye), our minced steak is made by our butcher (Pilon Saint germain en laye) who selects for us the best French meat breed \<5% fat, all the preparations are homemade (chips, sauces, desserts, garnishes,...).



And small cherry on the cake we use only biodegradable packaging.
