Information GUO MIN PARIS

At Guo Min Paris, our kitchen is inspired by the Japanese concept of allowing you to see the ways in which dishes are cooked. And our chef, a Cambodian-born Chinese, wants his mixed background to be reflected in the dishes as well. Thus, Guo Min Paris includes in its menu these various influences by proposing dishes from the Khmer Empire (Cambodia, Laos, Thai, Vietnam) and Cantonese Chinese. Our restaurant has an open kitchen located in the main room. The staff, at all times at your service, is from different Asian culinary cultures, and will make you travel to the heart of the Mekong by making you discover its most beautiful flavors, and this while preserving the traditional Cantonese dishes. Of course, our products are fresh our French meat!
