His Serene Highness, Joufflu I, undisputed king of billig, immodest by the way, welcomes you to his humble home with kindness -always- and love of taste -surely-!
At his faithful side, Yannick the mixed blood, half-Breton half-Norman.
From his genetic mix, he wields the *rozell* with dexterity and bravery. His brilliant training as a cook guides him daily to propose new combinations, new products -local, seasonal, and organic if possible- so as to consider the galette as a real refined and cooked dish. The menu varies according to the seasons, so let's make the most of them.
We use superb local flours: hello Le moulin de Thibo & Caro (Maltot), good Norman and organic ciders: hello Le domaine de la Galotière (Crouttes) and tasty organic craft beers: tap on the shoulder of friend Martin (Quibou).
