<===>Aurélie's creperie in Bayonne is the story of a small family from Brittany who landed in the Basque Country and immediately adopted the culture and customs of the South West. After a career in logistics in Brittany, Aurélie knows that her past in the restaurant business is calling her back. And for good reason, her taste for contact with customers and her entrepreneurial spirit soon took on their full meaning when linked to her Rennes gastronomic heritage: the crêpe! In fact, we should talk as much about galettes (for the salty) as crepes (for the sweet) because both are on the menu of Aurélie's creperie! After training as a master crepe maker in Rennes, the young mother is doing everything she can to open her own restaurant in Bayonne, ideally situated near the Bayonne Town Hall, at 27 quai Amiral Dubourdieu, on the banks of the Nive. Aurélie's crêperie opened in February 2020 and quickly found its clientele: Bretons living in the Basque Country, Basques fond of Breton cuisine and a whole branch of the population whose culinary curiosity was piqued. Indeed, Aurélie's audacity has been emulated with her original cuisine which marvellously combines local and seasonal products of the Basque gastronomy with the tradition of the Breton pancake...
