Information La Ripaille

La Ripaille is the quality burger address in the heart of the pedestrian streets of the Bouffay district opened in 2016 by Jean-Luc Martini. The specialties are burgers with marinated meat (beef, duck, veal, Thai chicken...) and grilled a la plancha. The marinated meats can also be enjoyed on a plate on the heated terrace (in winter) outside or inside. The great classics are the hamburgers with curé nantais (the Curepaille) or goat (the Chèvrepaille) or with bacon and blue Auvergne (the Barbec'paille), all accompanied by are prepared in the white of beef Belgian way!
