Born to merchant parents, I have, from a very young age observed, grown up, and learned over the years about the restaurant business at the very heart of the matter!


Naturally, and over the years I have acquired many skills in the field, understood and analysed the workings of the restaurant trade.


Under parental tutelage, I have increasingly been confronted with the responsibilities required to run a business.


To this day, and at the dawn of my 25th birthday, the trade is for me a family vocation to which I wish to honour all the know-how that I have acquired, and that I have been able to perfect in particular within large national brands as an establishment manager.


As a young woman entrepreneur, and project leader;


I thought of a traditional restoration, of fresh and quality products, as well as artisanal pizzas within an establishment charged with history; This old oil mill from which we were inspired for our cooking in the "country" the olive oil.


Company on a human scale, friendliness and good humour are the order of the day, so that the satisfaction of each customer is our priority!


So it is a place at the service of taste and emotions.
