===**The Outstanding Gastronomy Duo***



<=>Chef pastry chef at 19 then Chef de cuisine at 23, in love with the Mediterranean cuisine, life guides Chef David Faure to Nice since 1996. It is there, between land, sea, mountains, vineyards and pastures that he draws a new inspiration from his experience in beautiful Parisian houses. In 2010, his quest for excellence is rewarded with a star in the Michelin Guide. His cuisine is like his character, sometimes gentle, sometimes violent, thoughtful or instinctive, in the tradition or evolution. In 2011, his meeting with Noëlle, who has a degree in Sociology of Food and business studies in Agribusiness, will give him the desire to cook internationally and to develop an unknown concept in Gastronomy: A couple in the kitchen. They then imagined an unusual, creative culinary duo, with a hint of rock'n'roll, which they offered to gourmets throughout the world.
