Praline pie, bugnes, praline éclair, Lyon cushions or even mini white chocolate quenelles, La Marquise, which doubles as a shop and tea room, offers all the must-have Lyon confectionery, prepared in the purest tradition. La Marquise also offers more common pastries: coockies, blueberry tarts, crumble... Whether they are Lyon pastries or others, everything here is home-made.
