Cookies settings

Cookies are small text files that are sent and saved to your browser when visiting Dish website or our partner sites.

Rules for using cookies

We use cookies on the website www.dish.guide/fr (hereinafter also referred to as “THE WEBSITE”). In these rules for the use of cookies, you can read what cookies we use, why we use them and how you can disable their use.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are sent to and stored in your browser when you visit the Restu website by this website or the websites of our partners. The Restu website remembers what operations you performed, and when you visit the site again, your browser sends the cookies back to this website. This allows Restu to recognise your device and adapt the website according to your preferences. In other cases, Restu may use cookies to customise the displayed content of the website for a better user experience, or in the case of granting consent to targeted marketing campaigns. Since GDPR came into force, cookies have been considered personal data. You can easily view detailed information on the processing of your personal data by clicking on the Rules for the Handling of Personal Data.

2. Use of cookies

When you visit the Restu website, a notification bar will appear informing you that the website uses cookies. The use of so-called essential cookies is necessary for the functioning of the website. Without these essential cookies, the site will not work properly, and therefore their use does not require your consent. The use of non-essential cookies (especially marketing cookies) usually requires your informed consent. Directly in the notification bar, you can check the box to select for which purposes, other than absolutely essential, Restu may store cookies on your device. You confirm your selection by clicking on the “I AGREE” button, and Restu will only use those cookies which you have enabled the use of.

You can revoke your consent to the use of cookies at any time, or prohibit their further storage; see Article 4 of these rules for details. If you do not delete cookies from your device yourself, they will be deleted automatically within a short period of time (in accordance with current standards, no later than 13 months after the last use of cookies which require your consent).

3. Why do we use cookies?

Some cookies are necessary for the proper functioning of the Restu website. Based on your consent, we may also use other cookies, which make the Restu website much more user-friendly. At the same time, cookies enable the monitoring and analysis of how you use the Restu website, thus improving its quality and content, as well as the better personalising and targeting of our advertising campaigns so that Restu really offers you what you are interested in.

Restu uses both its own cookies and third-party cookies for these purposes. When using the Restu website, cookies from the operators of marketing tools used by Restu may be stored on your device. Alternatively, Restu may share with these operators information that has been provided by cookies (in the case of cooperation with operators from the USA, only operators on the Privacy Shield list are consistently selected). Using these tools allows you to continually improve Restu’s services, as well as better reflect your personal preferences and target your advertising campaigns to reach those who might be most interested in our services.

Cookies used by third parties and the ways in which the data obtained through them is used are governed by the privacy policies of the respective third parties. These third parties may combine the information they obtain through cookies with other information you provide to them or which they have obtained as a result of using their services.
