Information Aux Trois Maries
Born in the middle of the last century, the restaurant was at the time the landmark of Eluard and Aragon who came to meet on the Place de la Baleine for lunch.Formerly called "le café des primeurs" in reference to the market located on the Quai de Saône, the restaurant will be taken over after the war by the famous Tante Paulette. Then successively by the Bolomier, Monnet and Fournier families who will give it its letters of nobility. The establishment takes its name from the street of the Three Maries so named in the 17th century in honor of the three Saints of the Gospel: Mary Salome, Mary Jacobée, and Mary Magdalene.Today, Clementine Roure and her team are labeled "Master Restaurateur" and proud to offer you a traditional cuisine based on fresh seasonal products.
