Information Bouillet
Pastry chef-chocolate maker based in Lyon and Japan, Sébastien Bouillet is part of this new generation of dynamic, passionate and open to the world.
Trained with Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Patrick Chevallot in Val d'Isère and Philippe Segond in Aix en Provence and then with Gérard Mulot in Paris, he joined the family pastry shop in 2000 developing original and modern creations.
