Gwaien is the Breton name of the town my family comes from, AUDIERNE.

A town between land and sea, a port for linemen with the nearby Pointe du Raz but also market gardening and animal husbandry.

A true foundation of my culinary identity, a local cuisine with fresh products, memories of my sea outings with my grandfather and the time cooking godaille with my grandmother.
