<===>Chef Lucas Foschi, a graduate of the hotel school of Metz, has been trained in several restaurants, including the Martin Pêcheur in Ay-sur-Moselle or even the Grange aux Ormes in Marly. It was in 2017 that he landed his first job as head chef at the restaurant Le Bistronome in Metz. Today, with the help of his kitchen team, he will present a modern, creative, refined and personal cuisine. The chef draws his inspiration from nature, where the Earth and the Sea are found on his menu. Having respect for the products and the environment, the chef will present you only seasonal products, provided by local producers.
