But what is bistronomy? The balance between the relaxed atmosphere of the brasserie and a cuisine inspired by gourmet restaurants.


At La Maniguette, we offer only "Home-made" from fresh, seasonal, quality products, mostly organic and local.


We choose the "good eating" by highlighting vegetables and aromatic herbs, a large part of which comes from our organic vegetable garden.
