The Ninkasi, created in 1997 in Lyon, defends strong values of emergence, short circuits, and the mixing of professions, audiences and styles. Ninkasi is a real melting pot of enthusiasts of all kinds: unconditional fans of bitter, acidic or barrel-aged beers, experts in indie rock, salsa or drum n' bass, serial devourers of double burgers, we are gathered to share a good time together in our bars!
