Information Traboule Kitchen
At Traboule Kitchen, there's a terrace with small tables overlooking a passageway shaped like a mini village. Plants in every corner, buddha and poke bowls in bloom, tender cakes sprinkled with petals. An island of plants in the middle of the restaurant where Maëlle's cuisine, knitted from seasonal products and good humour, grows. Here, the vegetable garden has forgotten to get bored and you can swallow a rainbow of vegetables. Or a Thai tartar, woven with exotic flavours. And finish on a silky pastry around 2:30 pm, when the sun floods the square.
