# A great food truck for lunch

My Breton and Dutch specialties are prepared following authentic recipes. My homemade soups await you, accompanied by homemade croutons .

# Healthy eating

Buckwheat dough is made only with flour, water and coarse salt . It is naturally gluten free. I would like to help you pay attention to your health and make you aware of the importance of a healthy and delicious diet. My buckwheat and wheat flours are organically grown. They come from a small mill in the Alpes de Haute Provence: Moulin Pichard in Malijai. It is the last completely organic mill of the 04.

I cook with chicken and farmhouse red label white ham.

The raw ham is from Aosta

The potatoes for the soup come directly from the farm (Beauvezer). The pumpkins come from St André.

Pet friendly animals are allowed on leash.

I will be happy to welcome you! Saturday and Sunday are my days off. All other days I will be happy to serve you.
