Japanese nationality,

Tsuyoshi ARAI made his first steps in the great metropolis of Tokyo.

From 1992,

he joined the restaurant run by Mr. Hiroyuki SAKAI,

one of the great names in Japanese gastronomy.

For thirteen years,

he learns from the latter all the know-how and rigor that we know him for.

He would later become a chef in many establishments

Nippon where he will impose his style: the French cuisine Made in Japan.
