Like cinemas, museums and other places since August 09, 2021 the sanitary pass has become mandatory to access our brewery, inside as well as on the terrace including to have a drink. We thank you to present us your "Sanitary Pass" at your arrival to facilitate the process.





The Espace Carnot brasserie welcomes you every day from 7am to 1am. For your breakfasts, lunches or dinners or to drink a glass in the day and in the evening. You can enjoy a shaded terrace and our air-conditioned rooms.
