It was on the benches of the Paul Bocuse Institute in Ecully that our story began...
After obtaining our diplomas in Culinary Arts and Management, as well as the "gastronomy" specialization at the INSTITUT PAUL BOCUSE, we set off to make our weapons and pass, for one by L'Oustau de Baumanière with Monsieur Charial, Potel et Chabot and Le Fouquet's of Jean-Yves Leuranguer, and for the other by Pascal Barbot's Astrance, Yannick Alleno's Meurice and Michel Guérard's kitchen.
