Information COUS' MANIA

It is on rue de Sévigné, in the Marais district that the couscous and salad bar COUS'MANIA, opened its doors a few weeks ago. A place offering healthy and original fast food to be tasted on the spot for the liveliest but especially to be taken away.

Founded by three associates sharing the same love for Moroccan cuisine, COUS'MANIA is a unique concept in the Saint Paul district in Paris. The idea is to offer each customer the opportunity to compose the couscous or salad of his or her dreams.

We start by choosing the base: wheat, whole barley or quinoa for the couscous and salad, pasta or both for the salad. We add 4 or 6 ingredients of our choice, then we choose the sauce that will accompany the dish. All served in a good mood by Anass, Yacine and Lahcen, dressed in the colours of the bar. What to leave with a smile to enjoy his couscous or his salad at the office or at home.
