### Starting from the principle that there is no quality cuisine without quality products, we have chosen to highlight our artisanal culinary heritage in the face of the industrialisation of the restaurant industry and the standardisation of tastes. We work as much as possible with local products (short circuit) organic or labeled. All our preparations are "home-made". Gold medal at the Breton gastronomy trophy in 2009, winner in 2009, 2011 and 2018 of the competition of the best crepe maker in Brittany, Silver 2017 and 2015, Bronze 2019. Since January 2017, we have obtained for our work the title of "Master Restaurateur".*
