"EL JEFE" is a food truck-caterer with a strong and innovative concept that offers you the unavoidable Cuban croquetas, the famous "Cubanos", big Cuban breads filled with marinated meats, (of which the most famous is the "Medianoche", an emblematic sandwich based on marinated pork with Mojo sauce), but also a wide variety of daily dishes from original Cuban recipes...








"EL JEFE" also offers its Cuban desserts such as its famous egg cream on a bed of coconut and light caramel, its Cuban pudding with caramelized banana, its cup of diced fresh mango embellished with an orange, cinnamon, cointreau syrup, its fresh pineapple, ginger, lime, grated coconut or its mini rum babas....
