Information Flam s Nantes

Our Flam's is located near the city center of Nantes, on rue Talensac. The market of the same name just across the street took the place of what used to be the Nantes slaughterhouses. In 1910, it was planned that the abattoirs would be moved to Pirmil according to a city development plan. The project was suspended because of the war a few years later but the market finally moved in 1933, following an architectural competition launched by the then mayor Léopold Cassegrain who wanted a large market in the centre of Nantes.
