Maitre Restaurateur since 2014, entirely homemade cooking, with only fresh products selected for their qualities. Trained as a chef, I am sensitive to the quality of the products and wines I select. I like to work with noble raw materials and elaborate seasonal dishes sometimes inspired by my Spanish origins. This place, which I wanted to be different, is a mixture of tradition and modernity, intimacy and conviviality, warmth and design, without losing the sense of celebration. Throughout the day, according to the seasons, the sunny terrace and the cosy interior of GAUDI CAFé will wonderfully welcome lovers of good humor.
