After graduating from the Saint Louis hotel school in Toulon, we chose to set up our establishment in the town where our passion was born. Both lovers of good food and good wine, we have taken care to develop a menu that presents only fresh and quality products. Our cuisine is traditional, rich in flavours from the Provencal and Mediterranean region. Our work follows the rhythm of the seasons and all our dishes are delicately "home-made".
