La Fabrique bakery was created in 2003 by Mr and Mrs Bouchet. Located 47 rue du pas st Georges, in the historic district of old Bordeaux. All the products offered by this sign assure you of a manufacture on the spot and 100% house.


The wheat is selected with care by the Mills of Antoine near farmers committed in a charter, orchestrated by "La graine aux pains" which obliges them to respect the environment, the treatment of cereals under the control of a reasoned agriculture.

Payment can be made by meal tickets, contactless payment, VISA, MasterCard, Ticket Restaurant® checks and cash. We are open from 08:00 to 20:30 6 days a week. We are closed on Sundays.
