This is the story of a chef who, after working for 27 years in great restaurants, wanted to create his own business; a way to escape from imposed menus, to give free rein to his creativity. Grégory BLEUEZ wanted to bring gastronomy and the use of fresh products into the world of fast food, and to reconcile two concepts that were at first sight opposed, good food and take-away food. He and his wife opened Le Faim Gourmet two years ago, in Amanvillers.
