The locality is also found in the bakery! Our flour from a controlled reasoned culture (CRC), from the Foricher mills (in Poilly Les Giens) comes exclusively from the Yonne and the Loiret. Our bakers offer a range of white breads, such as traditional and baguette, as well as a range of special breads, such as farmhouse bread, rye pie, wholemeal, seeded, etc.
