Information Le Mercière
It's a bit of a star on the street, an archetypal Lyon bistro that brings together roots, tradition, and evolution until 2020. Beautiful and vast terrace, superb decor in a typical building, great menu of updated specialties: foie gras apricot chutney and sauternes jelly, quenelle of scallops, supreme of farm poultry yellow wine sauce purée with truffles, blanquette of veal grandmother's way. Great choice of classic desserts, including the Grand Marnier frozen soufflé. And in the good Lyon menu at 32 €, we also appreciate the variety, the andouillette Bobosse and the pike quenelle framing the penne with truffles and foie gras. Diligent service, and even eager at the arrival of customers.
