Information Le Rouge Ardoise

Trained at the famous Ferrandi school in Paris, then in Cancale, Arbois, Bora-Bora and Auckland, Quentin Lab recently transformed this table facing the Saint-Jacques hospital into a gourmet bistro. The menu perfectly matches the concept: simple and efficient cuisine, with a few traveller accents here and there, which becomes more elaborate in the evening. In fine weather, the pretty terrace surrounded by stone walls and lined with a beautiful eucalyptus tree, is very coveted.
