Born in the Auvergne region, LEO has seen his 2 passions grow there: Cooking and travelling. Enthusiastic and determined, it is as a companion restaurateur that he begins his tour of France. From town to town and from region to region, multiplying encounters, he gleaned here a know-how, there a product and some manufacturing secrets transmitted from generation to generation.
