It is a commonplace to say that here the product reigns supreme. But at P'tits Fayots we refuse to distinguish between so-called noble products and their unloved cousins. On the menu for an evening, beef cheek can rub shoulders with lobster and sweetbreads or scallops can share the limelight with smoked haddock or foie gras. Few ingredients but chosen with care for perfectly mastered agreements.
