Information Bistro Mi-Am snacks

"Mi-Am", means "to eat" in Cambodian,

and the French language has taken it up in the childish expression 'miam-miam' for: "we're going to eat -on va se régaler".

The philosophy of Mi-Am restaurants is that. But more importantly, it is the story of the Taing family and their adventure that began in the 1960s.
