Pickles is a restaurant in central Nantes, with 40+ covers, offering neo-bistro cuisine that takes you on a journey while anchoring its roots in the terroir. Because cooking is done where life grows. Travels in Asia, my British origin, the experience of 6 years between training and stoves have given birth to a deliciously mixed cuisine, careful and precise, through a constant search for products meticulously selected for their seasonality but also their authentic local origin.
