Information POMODORO & MOZZARELLA

===We are Lucia and Enzo, two Italians with a passion for food and delicious pizza.



We left our little village called Mammola, located in the wonderful Calabria - the tip of the Italian boot, to join France in 2012. We had suitcases full of ideas and we were driven by the desire to succeed. So, at our own pace, between small sacrifices and big projects, it is in 2016 that we finally managed to realize our dream: to open our own Italian restaurant/pizzeria.



But of course, one never stops dreaming (and learning), which is why, in 2018, Enzo undertook studies to become a "master pizzaiolo "and thus improve his knowledge of pizza.

He then graduated in Venice, at the academy "*Pizza New School *", headed by Luigi Ricchezza, one of the most popular master pizzaioli in Italy.



With the help of these new acquisitions and with a new goal already achieved, here we are in March 2019 where the dream continues, we are moving to a bigger restaurant able to accommodate our new big family, our dear customers!



Of course, once we understood how happy we can make someone with a good pizza, the only goal we then set for ourselves is to continue to expand and continue our quest for happiness.



That's when, in 2021, our new project, our baby, was born...
