Born into a family of restaurateurs, Mr. Sheikh moved to the capital of gastronomy in the 1980s to introduce the richness of Indian cuisine to the people of the Rhône. He founded the restaurant "Le Kashmir", which has been a fixture in the lives of the Lyonnais for 30 years. With 30 years of experience in traditional restaurants, his sons have seen the evolution of a new generation's way of eating. Hence the idea of rethinking a new, more modern concept.
