Passionate about cooking, Amal was trained at the Cuisine Mode d'Emploi school with Thierry Marx and at the famous Dessirier in Paris - Maison Rostang with Chef Olivier Fontaine. Inspired by the cuisines of the world, she offers a refined and inventive cuisine, both delicate and generous, in which pleasure rhymes with sharing and discovery. A demanding cuisine, full of surprises and flavours, made from fresh quality products, where even the bread and ice creams are "home-made", served in a simple, relaxed and friendly setting, with a splendid view of the Bastille. Note also that vegans are particularly taken care of, since a starter, a main course and a dessert are specially (but not exclusively) dedicated to them.
