We offer an assortment of specialties from the Levantine region! (Lebanon, Syria, West Bank, Israel, ect...):

We make it a point every day to hand-prepare your Halal Marinated Chicken Skewer.


All our products are fresh and prepared by us except for our pita breads delivered by Gustuinati bakery every morning in order to respect our requirement of fresh product, as well as our Cookies (white chocolate/pistachio) made by the Pastry chef and manager of the restaurant L'instant.


Our homemade falafels are also cooked at the minute! You could also try our traditional homemade sauce such as the classic white sauce, a tehina sauce (sesame paste) or our harrissa sauce (light). We have also created a vegan white sauce to accompany your falafel to satisfy all our customers.


We also offer iced tea as well as homemade Kombucha (natural sour fizzy drink).





# **Local Approach, Metz, Moselle.**





We strive to work in a local approach with the bakery Guistinati (Pain Pitas) in Boulay (Best baguette of Lorraine 2019), the restaurant L'instant (Cookie) in Metz, the butcher shop Saveur du Monde (Fresh chicken) in Mondelange, and finally the brewery La Tuilerie (beer) in Metz.





# **History of Chiche "Levantine Street Food".**





Chiche "Levantine Street Food" imagined and realized from A to Z by the two managers to open these doors on October 3, 2019.


Arthur, a passionate self-taught cook and Lionel, a former architect who has been converted, have come up with this unique concept in Metz.


This restaurant, where everything is beautiful and good to the core, was created by the two of them from the first stroke of the pencil to the last hammer.
