At Columbus Café, we believe that Barista expertise is the heart of our business. So we created our own coffee blends through two blends roasted in France exclusively for us. Two blends for two preparation methods: espresso and filter coffee. For the espresso blend, we went in search of new flavours for a unique 100% Arabica coffee, the Barista Blend®, with rich and complex notes through a selection of the best origins, Brazil, Guatemala and Ethiopia, as well as a choice of partners capable of understanding our needs and our spirit. For our filter coffee, we have selected a blend that offers the hydrating pleasure of gentle extraction while bringing citric notes. This blend comes from three coffee origins, Brazil, Ethiopia and Rwanda.
