**La Vita Al dente** **is an Italian restaurant specializing in Pasta Fresca where everything is homemade according to Italian traditions!**



The fresh pasta is made on site, at Les Halles du Lez, in a dedicated laboratory. Depending on the selection of the day, you can enjoy: *Lasagne, Mafaldine, Rigatoni, Penne, Gnocchi, Casarecce, Conchiglioni, Lumachine, Maccheroni, Fusilli, Buccatini...*



The sauces are prepared on site by Italian Chefs. You can let yourself be tempted by a dish of *Homemade Pesto, Carbonara, Bolognese, Norma... or even a dish of Pasta with fresh Italian Truffle*.



The little extra of the house: *creamy Burrata on the Pasta dish!



The desserts (*Tiramisu, cannoli..*.) are also home made.
