In 1993, we opened one of the first Indian restaurants in Grenoble. Our goal was to offer the people of Grenoble a refined Indian cuisine of quality and taste. Every day we buy fresh and local products that we combine with spices that come from the four corners of India to offer our customers one of the best Indian culinary experiences.
For us at Bombay, Indian cuisine is a combination of fresh products and spices. Indeed all our Masala dishes are prepared with onions, tomatoes, cashew nuts, ginger, garlic, turmeric, fennel, cumin, fenugreek, garam masala, cardamom (black and green), coriander, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg flower and saffron. It is this richness that forms our cuisine and the mastery of the balance between the different ingredients that brings its distinctive and unique taste.
