What we could rightly call "Modern Roman Pinsa" is a reworking of an ancient recipe from the time of ancient Rome, reworked with modern ingredients and processing techniques. The main characteristics of Pinsana Romana are as follows:

-Friability (crisp on the edges and soft on the inside).

Pinsa Romana® flour is made up of:
